Add a 'location' field to Classifieds form

Maybe because I'm used to the Craigslist UI, it feels like there should be a 'location' field for every item you want to lend/give away. I do believe it would be useful - I'm not going to drive a half-hour to borrow a book.

   The location should then show up in the browse section, below "For sale" Status: available

   Classifieds have been updated with locations. You can add a location in the form and it will show up on the browse and classified item page.
